Surrounded by mountains and quiet villages, this area is known for its peaceful natural scenery.
During my stay, I spent most of the time at Le Champ Tu Le Resort, a mountain retreat where you can enjoy hot spring baths.

Hot Spring Stay and Eating Yen Bai's Specialty Foods
I spent my entire stay within the hotel grounds, but visitors can freely go to Mu Cang Chai area to see the most beautiful terraced rice fields in Vietnam each season.
Eating Yen Bai's specialty, smoked buffalo jerky and bamboo shoots, is also one of the best parts of the trip.
